Earn points whenever you take a bite. Each $1 spent in stores or online will earn you 10 points that you can redeem to earn rewards from our reward levels. When you purchase at the restaurant, ensure that your cashier scans your QR code in the app or offers your number so that you can receive points for this purchase. If you’re ordering online, log into the app or website and then place your order. The more points you accumulate, the more you earn, and the greater the reward you’ll be able to redeem. Unfortunately, points can’t be redeemed or earned through third-party delivery companies like DoorDash and UberEATS. Points can only be earned once per purchase.

When you have accrued sufficient points to purchase your desired reward, open the app to choose the reward you want to cash out and then follow the instructions on the screen. Select the Redeem In-Store option to redeem in-store and look up the QR codes at the cash register. If you wish to redeem online, click Redeem Now. Points can only be redeemed once daily, and you cannot combine loyalty, promotional points, or discounts.

However, nothing lasts for ever. You have to redeem your reward before the expiration date stipulated at the bottom of your reward.

No. Our program does not allow you to share your points after you have earned them.

You can select on the tab Rewards from the home screen in the application. Review your balance of points located in the top left corner of the screen. Scroll down to view the rewards you can get depending on your balance.

At this time, you are limited to redeeming one reward per order.

If you’ve placed an order but forgot to enter your loyalty number, you may scan the barcode on your receipt.

Earn points at the drive-through. Utilize your loyalty app to pay by clicking on the Rewards tab, and then choose Scan to Earn at the top left and then have you cashier scan your QR code using your app.

For promotional rewards, you must wait until the expiration date to redeem the reward. If you earn rewards through points redemption, so long as you’ve got enough points to earn the reward, you can use them right away or put them aside for future use. However, you must redeem the reward before the date specified in the rewards.
